When Counsel caused your Refusal!

You found out after obtaining your GCSM file notes that your paid representative failed to include country specific documents that are required whgich caused your study permit to be refused.

WHAT TO DO NEXT?

Don’t sit back and do nothing. Conduct more due dilligence as to how experienced your RCIC based on their membership number. Seek experienced Counsel to ask directions if you still want to come to Canada as a foreign student.

Inform your Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant that they caused your study permit refusal. Ask them what they are willing to do to recitfy the situation. Let them offer you a solution.

Ask them if you want to reapply and have them assist you will there be a charge or will they do it for FREE.

IF THEY WANT TO BE PAID THE SAME AMOUNT AGAIN, SAY GOODBYE!

To reapply things have to be explained. You have to prove the mistake was not yours.

File a complaint due to their incompetence with the College of Immigration Consultants of Canada nd when you are notified of your complaint number include that with any new study permit application.
