Removed, want to return?ARC.

Getting an (ARC) Authorization to Return to Canada is more than just saying please let me return. If your spouse is legally in Canada, it increases your chances but is not a slam dunk. It makes little difference if you have been deported or excluded for a period of time.

Obtaining an ARC depends on how hard CBSA hard to work to get you removed. How many times you “no showed” for a CBSA interview. Whether or not an individual CBSA Officer thinks you’re deserving of an ARC. If you have a valid reason to return to Canada.

I have obtained several ARC’s, for parents wishing to return. Plenty for a spouse who was removed. Parents who wish to reunify with other family members. I have even brought back failed refugee claimants with a temporary work permit.

These people who could not speak English were told to make a asylum claim based on unemployment in Portugal an EU country. I told the Visa Post that they got scammed and that they had filed a complaint against their previous representative.

Even Guidy Mamann of MSK Immigration wrote how unusual it was to get an ARC with a TWP.
