There are two types of removal orders, exclusion orders and deportation orders.

Exclusion orders can be for one year with no misrepresentation or for two years with misrepresentation.

Excluded Persons from Canada will require to stay out of Canada for the period of the exclusion order unless they can get obtain Authorization to Return (ARC) within that period.

Deported Persons are not allowed to enter Canada for ever unless they get Authorization to Return (ARC)
